Traditionally, vodka in Estonia was unfiltered and made only from the best winter grain – only the flavour of the best rye lives on in the taste of vodka after a long journey through mash, fermentation and the slow distillation process. Silver Swan uses winter grain from the former estates of the manor, it has strength of character. The land is farmed simply, sustainably and environmentally friendly.
